The Business Requirement

With evolving integration needs, our customer wanted to have higher visibility into their transactions going through their integration platform. To enable this the customer wanted the following,

• An open source based monitoring and analytics tool to track business events and send notification alerts in case of failures
• To be able to replay the transactions and events in case of failures
• Ability for LoBs and functional teams to have some level of access and use it as a platform for enterprise business events tracking
• Solution to be both mobile and web friendly to ensure premium experience

Our Solution and Support

With over 15 years of experience working with IBM Integration Technology, our team was able to understand the needs of the customers and adapt our very own Miracle Enterprise Monitoring Framework for their platform, tools and need.

The framework is built on open source standards, is easily expandable and adaptable and comes with a customizable dashboard which provides data analytics capability. The framework can quickly integrate into other products of the IBM portfolio, and was customized to be able to adapt to the customer's omni-channel initiatives where in additional data channels can be integrated into the framework.
