The onboarding process can be a hassle for candidates if not provided with help! Plenty of questions arise during onboarding, which can lead to a lot of confusion if they are left unanswered. So, we have designed a bot (named Sarah) to help the candidates throughout the onboarding process.

Here is a video captured at HR Tech' 18 while our Sr. Research Associate, Shrikar Chonkar, who is a great technologist, was presenting a demo over how Sarah helps the user manage the onboarding process with ease just by interacting with it. Also, it allows users to get relevant information, signing the appropriate documents, hierarchy details, and scheduling meetings with their respective managers.
