The Traffic Violation App is a demo built by Miracle's Innovation Labs for the Indian Police. At present police have to take in a lot of data such as car and driver information and submit manual forms for traffic violations. This app uses advanced cloud technologies to host a native Android application and incorporate functionality like OCR as well. Officers can now take pictures of vehicles and get information such as car details and owner details and then send an email of the violation and the fine that has to be paid.

This video will shed light on the entire end to end flow starting from capturing the vehicle image, getting the data from the license plate and sending the offense receipt to the offender via email.
