Self-Service Returns Mobile App for Global Cigar Manufacturer


Mobility has brought together new opportunities to the table for enterprises to improve efficiency and increase user experience. Our customer is a US based cigar based manufacturer was facing issues with a lot of manual paper work which was being done by their representatives. Order Returns were done manually from printing the shipping label to picking up the packages at the stores.

Through this case study, you will get to know how our Mobility Team re-designed the customer's manual process through the development of a hybrid mobile application using Ionic Framework and Bluemix. Through this implementation the customer experienced huge benefits and it became easy for them to track all their merchandise returns and ship them using the shipping provider.
