Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and maintain the project portfolio for the organization. Understands various Funding Models and Economic Forecasting
- Define and maintain Performance and Quality Metric Prioritization and Planning for Initiatives including SWOT, Statistical Analysis and Talent evaluation
- Develops RFP (Requests For Proposals) for external services
- Reviewing evaluations. Defining, creating, maximizing and sustaining the benefits provided by the program
- Capturing stakeholder needs and expectations, gaining and maintaining stakeholder support, and mitigating/channeling opposition
- Communicates new initiatives, addresses questions, and concerns and provides continuous feedback to the IT Leadership Team
- Formal business process engineering/improvement strategies and implementations preferred
- Collect and analyze data, develops communication strategies and plans
- Works with project teams to ensure effectiveness and consistency of communications
- May participate in cross-functional teams and provide support for specific projects
- Uses different feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of communication programs and reports to leadership for action planning
- Work with Knowledge Management Specialists and other SMEs to improve content across internal and external platforms
- Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple, complex, related projects directed toward strategic business and organizational objectives
- Ensures that all the technology projects follow the standard procedures that are used in the management and deployment of projects
