Should have good experience in client relationship or vendor management, good Networking & Interpersonal Skills. Must be a result oriented recruitment team Manager who can take care of the full US IT recruitment life-cycle. Should Lead, train and mentor junior recruiters and ensure compliance with the defined process and applicable US employment laws.

Should ensure maintenance of all recruitment activity/data on Applicant Tracking System. This includes maintaining all job requisitions, job descriptions, applicant resumes, candidate interview plans, interview feedback's and record of all candidate communication. Should possess excellent communication skills, manage vendor relationships and tools associated with recruiting, provide updates on current open positions to account managers and senior management as needed.
