Get your Public Services questions answered by Raksha through Voice



A while ago we built a chat bot on Facebook Messenger to help the citizens of India get access to public services information. Raksha helps you get information about local authorities, helps you with filing complaints and assists in the process of government applications.

In this video you will learn more about how we ported Raksha to Google's Assistant, a voice based channel. We will talk about the difference in voice and text based bot design and how information is showcased differently in different channels. Raksha uses Dialogflow as its backend NLP along with Node JS based bot middleware for fulfillment.
