8 to 10 years of experience Must have cross technology experience and must be a quick learner and technically very good. Experience with Oracle (or other ERP) projects & knowledge of the Oracle solution portfolio in presales, project management, consulting or implementation roles. Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals. Strong analytical, problem solving and process and solution oriented abilities.

Understanding of sales cycle, customer motives and buying criteria. Experience in sales related activities (sales support, request for proposal, end user training). Capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills. Customer and sales focus with the ability to influence prospects. Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of presenting to technical & non-technical audience.
